Terms and Conditions:

The following terms and conditions govern the rights and obligations of ASCEND FITNESS (“ASCEND FITNESS”) and members thereof. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before any use of our website and services. Together with our Privacy Policy , these terms and conditions apply to your use of our website and our services provided, as set out below.

ASCEND FITNESS has the right, and at our sole discretion, to amend, vary, delete or add to these terms and conditions without any prior notice. The Terms may be revised at any time. By using our website or applications, you agree to be bound by any such revisions. 

Studio Policy, Rules and Regulations

Usage of Studio:

• All Clients must register for a valid User Account with ASCEND FITNESS.

• Only registered members with a valid account can use the facilities in the studio.

• Any individual under 18 years old will have to consult a staff member, register a User Account with ASCEND FITNESS and have an accompanying parent/guardian's consent through signing our waiver form.

• Instructors and class substitutions are subject to change at any time and any changes will be notified to you via email.

• We reserve the right to refuse your access to the Studio and suspend or terminate your use of the Services if we reasonably consider that your conduct is damaging to our studio and brand, is in breach of these Conditions or such refusal would otherwise be in the interests of other users of the Studios or participants in our Classes. You will not be entitled to any refund in such circumstances.

User Account:

All members are allowed one User Account that they identify themselves with. Users with multiple accounts and purchasing multiple Trial packages meant for first-timers at the studio will be deemed as fraudulent and ASCEND FITNESS reserve the right to terminate all accounts and restrict access to such members without any prior notice.

Reservations:

 Our class schedule is released online 1 week in advance and the booking window opens every Friday at 12:00PM, for classes held in the next week from Monday to Sunday.

Make sure you are checked in 5 minutes prior to the start of your scheduled class or your spot may be given to a waitlisted client. Failing to turn up for your reserved class will result in your class credit forfeited.

Waitlist:

You can enroll yourself into the class waitlist at least 30 minutes before the class start time.

The waitlist will stop auto enrolling and spots on the waitlist 6 hours before the class start time. All members on the waitlist will be notified through email instead if there are any available spots. Members will have to log in through our website or app to make a booking for any available spot(s).

Retail and Merchandise:

All retail and merchandise sales are non-refundable. All merchandise, with the exception of sale items (if any), may be exchanged within seven (7) days of the initial purchase date if the item is unused. ASCEND FITNESS reserve the right to reject any exchange if we deem that the item has been used, modified or damaged.

All sales on discounted products are final. Exchanges are not made available for any merchandise bought on sale.

Complimentary Credits

Complimentary credits will not be available for clients who do not have any active class credit/package or membership with us even if you have a valid user account.

Strictly no extension or transfer of complimentary credit is allowed. Complimentary credits are not exchangeable for cash or store credit.

Termination:

You agree that ASCEND FITNESS, in its sole discretion and for any or no reason, may terminate any account (or any part thereof) you may have with ASCEND FITNESS at any time.

Any breach of the Terms and Conditions set out will give ASCEND FITNESS the right to terminate your use and access to our website, application and studio without any prior notice. Any suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity that may be grounds for termination of your use of our website and studio may be referred to appropriate law enforcement bodies. If a situation arise where the termination is carried out other than a breach of any of the above, ASCEND FITNESS shall return and refund any class credits remaining or memberships at a pro-rated amount.
